Data Usage Policy

1. Your workspace is yours

Every firm's workspace is isolated at the database level with row-level security. No other firm can read your properties, owners, leads, deals or documents. Landeo platform staff see workspace metadata (firm name, plan, usage counts) for support and billing; they do not browse your records. Any privileged access, such as support impersonation you request, is time-limited, visibly bannered and written to an audit log.

2. What we use aggregate data for

We use anonymised, aggregated statistics (such as total properties on the platform or feature usage counts) to operate, plan capacity and improve Landeo. Aggregates never identify a firm, a person or a property.

3. What we never do

• sell or rent your data or your contacts' data
• use your client, owner or lead records for our own marketing
• train machine learning models on your workspace content
• show one firm's data to another
• move data outside our production systems except for encrypted backups

4. Sharing you control

Share links, catalogs and your public firm page expose exactly the fields shown on those pages, and owner identity is never shown on a share link. You can expire a share link at any time, and expired links stop resolving immediately.

5. Export and portability

Your data is not locked in. Deals and reports export as CSV from the app, invoices export as PDF, and a full workspace export is available on request while your account is active or within 30 days of closing it.
