DPDP Notice (India)

1. Roles under the Act

For the personal data of account holders, platform staff records, and buyers using the buyer portal directly with us, Landeo is the Data Fiduciary. For personal data a firm records about its own clients, owners, buyers and leads inside its workspace, the firm is the Data Fiduciary and Landeo acts as its Data Processor, processing only on the firm's instructions. Firms are responsible for their own notice and consent obligations toward the people they record.

2. Personal data and purpose

We process the personal data listed in the Privacy Policy for the purposes listed there: providing the service, sign-in verification by SMS, billing, security and legal compliance. We do not use personal data for behavioural advertising and we do not sell it.

3. Consent and withdrawal

Creating an account is your consent to the processing needed to provide the service. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account from Settings or writing to us; withdrawal stops future processing but does not affect processing already done, and some records (such as tax invoices) must be retained under other laws.

4. Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

• access a summary of your personal data and the processing done on it
• correction and erasure of your personal data
• grievance redressal through our contact below
• nominate a person to exercise your rights if you are unable to

5. Grievance redressal

Write to support@landeo.in with the subject line Grievance. We acknowledge within 72 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once constituted procedures are notified.

6. Data location

Landeo's production systems and backups are hosted on servers under our control. If we ever move personal data to a jurisdiction restricted by the Central Government under the Act, we will comply with the applicable conditions.
