GDPR Notice (EU/EEA)

1. Controller and processor

Landeo is built for the Indian market, but if you use it from the EU or EEA the GDPR applies to you. Landeo is the controller for account data; for personal data a firm stores about its contacts, the firm is the controller and Landeo the processor under Article 28.

2. Legal bases

• Article 6(1)(b), contract: providing the service, sign-in codes, billing
• Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, malware scanning, service logs
• Article 6(1)(c), legal obligation: tax and accounting records

3. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions with legal effect. Landeo makes no such automated decisions. To exercise a right, write to support@landeo.in; we respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

4. International transfers

Our servers are located outside the EU. Where GDPR applies, transfers rest on standard contractual clauses with our infrastructure providers together with the technical safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

Landeo sets only strictly necessary cookies: the signed-in session token. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.
