Is Landeo a property portal like 99acres or MagicBricks?
No. Portals sell buyer attention; Landeo runs your business. Your listings on Landeo are private until you share them, and buyers you capture belong to you alone, never resold as shared leads.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. One user, 15 listings, 3 active share links and 1 catalog, with the full document engine, pipeline and invoicing. It is a working plan, not a trial clock.
Who owns the data I put in?
Your firm does, in full. Export everything whenever you want, and if you leave, your workspace is deleted on request per the privacy policy.
Can other firms see my properties or owners?
Never. Every firm's workspace is isolated at the database level. Owner details additionally never appear on any buyer-facing page, even your own share links.
Which states do the document checklists cover?
Dedicated packs for Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Delhi, plus a general pack for other states. You can add custom document types on top.
How do my clients see a property?
Through a share link: a clean page with watermarked photos under your firm's name, with a site visit button. No app install, no login for browsing.
Does it work on my phone?
Landeo runs in the browser and is built mobile-first, because most of an advisor's day happens between site visits, not at a desk.
How do I sign in?
Your mobile number with an OTP, or your email and password. Both reach the same account.
What happens if I stop paying?
The workspace returns to free-plan limits. Nothing is deleted, ever, for non-payment.
Can my team have different permissions?
Yes. Owner, branch owner, advisor, back office and accountant roles each see exactly what their job needs, and nothing more.
