Owner protection
Every property splits in two.
When you share a listing, the buyer opens a clean page under your firm name. The owner side never travels with it. The contact, the price history and your notes stay in a protected layer that no buyer-facing surface can reach. You did the sourcing, so the relationship stays yours.
This is not a setting you remember to turn on. Owner privacy is how a property is stored, so it holds on a share link, a catalog and a public profile alike.

Owner privacy
Owner data never rides a public link
Owner name, number, expected price and your notes live in a protected layer. No share link, catalog or public profile can read from it. A buyer sees the property and your firm, never the person behind it.
Isolation
Each firm is walled off at the database layer
Your workspace is separated from every other firm at the data layer, not just hidden in the interface. One firm cannot query, list or reach another firm's records.
Uploads
Every upload is scanned before it is stored
Photos and brochures are checked for malware before they are ever saved. A file that fails the check does not reach your storage or your team.
Sign-in
Phone OTP or email and password, with roles
Sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone, or an email and password. Roles decide who can see owner details, money and settings, so a junior on the team never opens the owner ledger.
Documents
State-correct document logic
The document checklist matches how each state names and needs its records, so a deal is not held up by the wrong paperwork at the wrong step.
Access
Revoke a share link the moment you want
A share link stops resolving the instant you revoke it. You decide when a property is visible and to whom, and you can start a fresh link on your own terms.
Roles and access
Not everyone on the team needs the owner ledger.
Owner contacts, money and settings sit behind roles. A team member can run listings and leads all day without ever opening the parts that hold the owner relationship or the commission terms. You decide who is trusted with what.

We would rather tell you plainly what we do than wave badges we cannot back up. This is the current state, and it will grow as we onboard the first firms.

You own your book
The listings, leads and documents in your workspace are yours. We do not sell them or share them between firms.
Export on request
Ask us and we will help you export your workspace so your records leave with you.
Delete on request
Ask us to delete a workspace and we will remove it. Your data does not linger once you are done.
An honest note on claims: Landeo does not display security certifications it has not earned. As the product matures we will add formal audits and say so here, with proof, rather than a logo that looks reassuring today.
