Features

Every property in one book, shared as a link, not a photo dump

Sequential PROP codes, watermarked photos, and private share links that expire when you say so. Buyers see a clean page under your name; owners stay invisible.

One book, coded

Every property gets a PROP code your whole team refers to. Sale, rent, lease and joint development listings sit in the same book with their photos, price history and documents.

Share links, not attachments

Send one URL on WhatsApp instead of forty photos. The page carries your firm name, watermarked photos and a site-visit button that captures the buyer as a lead.

Control that actually works

Links expire on a date you pick and die the moment you kill them. Owner identity is never rendered on any buyer-facing page.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Add the property

Type, purpose, city, state and whatever details you have. Landeo assigns the code and builds the document checklist.

  2. Step 2

    Upload photos

Photos are scanned, stored and watermarked for buyer-facing display.

  3. Step 3

    Share the link

Create a link, set its expiry, send it. Visits and site-visit requests appear against the property.

Common questions

Can buyers see the owner's details?

No. Owner records are internal to your firm and never appear on share links, catalogs or public pages.

What happens when a link expires?

It stops resolving immediately. You can create a fresh link whenever you want to share again.

Can I change the watermark?

Paid plans can set their own watermark text under Settings. The default says Landeo.
