Add a property and understand PROP codes
Adding a property
Go to Properties and choose Add property. Pick the property type (apartment, villa, plot, agricultural, commercial, industrial) and what it is offered for: sale, rent, lease or joint development. Fill the city, state, price and details you have. Missing details never block you; they show as unknown, not zero.
Landeo assigns the next PROP code automatically, like PROP-014. Codes are per firm, sequential and never reused, so your team and your clients can refer to a property unambiguously.
The document checklist
The moment a property is saved, Landeo generates its document checklist from the property type and state, for example khata extract and encumbrance certificate for a Karnataka apartment. Tick documents off as you collect them, upload scans against each item, and add your own custom document types under Settings.
