Starter is free forever: 1 user, 15 listings, 3 active share links, 1 catalog, full deals and documents. Pro adds unlimited listings, links and catalogs, 5 users, projects, referrals, CSV exports and custom watermarks. Business adds 25 users and branches. Enterprise is sized to you.

Your Plan page shows live usage against each limit. When a plan you were granted expires, the workspace simply behaves as Starter again; nothing is deleted.
